TGI President, Charles Kirk, started the company in 1996, after a 20 year management career at the Boeing Company, with one employee, Tina Devee, who is now the executive designer with national recognition and his son, CT Kirk, who serves as the company CFO after receiving his MBA and four tours of duty in Afghanistan and one tour in Iraq.
